How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Risedirectly Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Risedirectly Restoration went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Risedirectly Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@risedirectly.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
