Risedirectly Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.

How Payment Works

Risedirectly Restoration may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we pass to them. The amount can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices that provider sets.

• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A match with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.
